All menus, prices, and availability are subject to change without prior notice. 

All food photos are for reference only; actual portions, packaging, and presentation may vary. 

 

Allergy Information 

Our kitchen handles soy, wheat, eggs, shellfish, peanuts, and tree nuts. 

We cannot guarantee that any item is completely allergen-free. 

Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies when ordering. 

 

Refund & Cancellation Policy 

Because our meals are made fresh to order, cancellations cannot be accepted once ingredients have been prepared. 

Full refunds are available for cancellation requests received before Friday 11:00 PM. 

 

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item: 

1. Contact us within 24 hours at contact@koreanmealprep.com with photos. 

2. We will promptly issue credit toward a future order or a refund to your original payment method (3–5 business days). 

3. Due to the nature of fresh food, refunds cannot be issued for: 

• Change of mind 

• Missed pickup (No-show) 

• Lost or damaged products after confirmed delivery
